Medicare Physician Fees to be cut by 40%

CMS announced its proposed 2010 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule which, together with already enacted legislation, will result in more than a forty percent average reduction in payments for your physician’s care, and for some specific services, as much as a forty two percent cut!  Unless action is taken by the Congress, major changes in your health care will occur in less than six months.
